About 163 Squadron
At 163 (Coventry-Phoenix) Squadron, we are dedicated to the development of young people through a variety of exciting activities. Our mission is to foster a spirit of adventure, and to inspire a passion in all of our cadets to succeed.
Within the Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC), we offer a wide range of activities and training to suit every interest. Whether you're passionate about flying, gliding, shooting, sports, or something else entirely, there is something for everyone!
Our success is driven by a passionate and skilled team of staff members who are committed to supporting the development of our cadets. Each member of staff brings their own unique expertise and enthusiasm, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience for every cadet that passes through our doors.
Where are we located?
Currently, we are based at the Canley Army Reserve Centre in Coventry. Our location offers access to excellent facilities, some of which are shared with both the 159 Royal Logistics Corps (Army Reserve) and Canley Detachment (ACF).
